Poem - Hallucinations

As I relaxed, bent back on the chair,
Effete I was, dived into my mind.
And before I could realize, badinaged I
Seeing something unreal, reaching its hind.

And what I saw, left me flabbergast.
Those corners I presumed fallow, weren't the same.
Colorful memories, blooming like flowers,
But I couldn't recall any, what a shame?

What have I done to myself?
What have I become? Am I a waif?
'Cause when I was there, felt I serenity,
But now I'm awake, I feel unsafe.

And that's how my life flashed
Right in front of me.
The bloom of memories, hallucinations,
They set my soul free.

Poem - The Unspoken

Open them ears, O' listeners!
The walls want to speak.
They speak no great as a leader, nor sweet
as a song from a nightingale's beak.

What they reveal is an ugly truth.
A truth no one of us can bear,
says it sees a thousand die,
of a certain end we fear.

Of all the great visionaries that lived and died,
the wall still stood there.
It is yes, covered by royal blood,
but about it no one did care.

Spent years to contemplate, urging to speak,
to tell the truth I reckon
But you were so busy with mortality,
You never saw me beckon.

You perceived me as an obscure bailey,
while I protected in wars and marauds.
That young royal blood you praised,
while I deserved the applauds.

Poem - Horizon

It's me
In the morning, the evening you see
I caress the sun,as if he was my own
With me it rises, and shines bright
I know in the end, in me will it drown.

He sits in my lap, I spend nights with him
I am like a mother, overlooking her child
My hands upon him, I pat him mild.

It's my caring nature, due to which he
Shines brighter everyday, it's my love which
Makes him soar in the sky, merry and gay.

Above me resides god, below me man
Over me rests the great, Almighty's hand
Everyone searches for my heart, no one succeeds
I am the horizon, with me the day proceeds.
